Previously where there was a JCO was posted now a days that post is governed by a senior officer along with two other officers Then where is the deficiency? This is only to hike pay nd allowances in the coming pay commission stating there is shortage of Officers Is there sufficient jawans? Actually system is running with lack of jawans My humble request to Mr PM nd RM to find out the real cause. If there is a need of hike of pay and allowances then it is the jawans first They get minimum salary.

It is observed since last pay commission(6th) that when pay commission is about to declared, at that time these types of nonsense articles r posted in every newspaper and media. Is there really deficiency of Officers in Armed Forces? Really NO. It is only to hike pay and allowances in the coming pay commission mentioning less Officers in Armed forces view less salary. R U agree with it? If they r getting less pay and allowance nd privilege then why their retire percentage is less then sailors. .

I want to bring your attention regarding THE SAHAYAK SYSTEM IN THE ARMED FORCES. why this system still exists in Indian Army even after 67 years of independence. this govt is of new generation govt. I request out PM/DM to initiate some steps to eradicate this system. I know all officers are in view to keep this system continue coz they are getting a trained/educated young Jawan of Army as an personal servant.we all are indian and have same right of lively hood. please comment on this issue.

A strict action should be taken against the misleading advertisements and even the movies that divide society on the basis of religion. No body has the right to play with the religious sentiments of the people of a particular religion. If somebody is doing so, the sensor board and the government has to take action, ban such movies for the betterment of the people. Nudity is increasing in our Cinema these days which is destroying our culture day by day. Certain parameters needs to set.
