Sir, now that mobile portability is available Govt should implement linking of Adhaar number to the mobile number. All Telecom operators should be directed in this regard. Before linking the Adhaar telecom operators should check the autheticity of the Adhaar and then only link . This will help us in eliminating the anti social element using the mobile network for all illegal purposes.

1. Provision of compensation for 'Consumers' against misleading advertisers. 2.Pro-active 'Censor Board' to curb misleading advertisements especially financial returns.3.Consideration of Non-bailable offence if more than 25 (within short period of time like 90 days) complaints received from consumers to avert financial scams.

Make filing complaint easier - online litigation.. fix a heavy financial penalty on the advertiser if the complaint is found to be true.... fix an equally heavy financial penalty on the complainant if the complaint is found to be false..

part of leftover post.... 5) Celebrity ABX should be liable for misleading the information and should be subjected to prison term as well as heavy fine, since he/she is getting huge sum of money which is coming from misleading sale of cream. I expect gov should consider above points in framing the law for entire country.
