Let’s take example of beauty cream XYZ in which a celebrity ABC is displaying the benefits of beauty cream. 1) Celebrity should not do makeup and only apply the cream XYZ. 2) If company claims that cream will bring beauty in 4 weeks then it should show test of 4 weeks on that celebrity. 3) There should be no camera, lights effects. 4) Cream benefits must backed by genuine test and must approved by 3 gov labs and 3 privates labs, and labs should be accountable if they found manipulating the facts

Sir, citizens have to be aware of & watchful for bad trade practises. Any gain disproportionate to investment has to be dubious as also pyramid / chit schemes as we have repeatedly seen. Consumer goods or purchases through e-comm sites may also not match specified criteria. Adulterated food products & counterfeit medicines are also prevalent. Ministries dealing with these subjects should offer regular sensitisation programs, TV, radio & social media notices & have a dedicated helpline / website.

Sir, my suggestion regarding encroachment done by people on Govt. land, leaders usually support/abet this activity largely to cultivate their vote bank and support, if any mechanism can be devised to deny the right to vote to these people who have encroached Govt. land then this activity will be reduced largely.
