We do not have Quality Personnel in Government Offices to take Strict and immediate actions. Nothing required further accept strengthening what we have. The corrupted staff should be replaced with young dynamic and Honest team in each city which will work for the Object of wiping out Misleading Advertisers. I am ready to be team member of such a team without monetary reward. I Only need Authority, Access and Permissions to act.

Dear P.M. Sir, There should be a Portal/Web and/or a Toll Free Number where any citizen can logged complaints against misleading Advertisements , and also there should be mechanism to ensure privacy and confidentiality of every individual who is logging complaints against such advertisements so that any one can register/log there complaints without any fear. And also i think there must be a separate department / regularity body who regularly Examines those complaints and take necessary Actions

advertisement with authentic source of origin and clear accountability point should only be allowed to be published in any media. a very heavy penalty mechanism of the misleading advertisement should be created with adequate enforcement mechanism. the penalty should be calculated based on the losses and expenditure in corrective measures. minimum it should be double to losses+expenditure of corrective measure. for getting real effective outcome, the rule should be equally applicable to all.

Citizens should share their expereince about the product or service (for which misleading advertisement is issued) with their friends and relatives so that a large numbe of people become aware and do not use that product or service. This will reduce the sale of the products /service and hopefully the sellers of those product/service s will get the message.
