Advertisements maker and viewer both are the part of the society so it is the responsibility of Government to take care interest of both. System of Advertisements making should be more Transparent. If any consumer think this add not correct for the particular product he/she can complain very easily and what is the out come of it should be broadcast every where in electronic media and print media.

There should be a web based central depository, freely accessible by public, wherein a back-up justification & basis (including documents supporting the claims made in the advt.) must be filed before any advt. is released, print or media. No approval to be required but a simple filing number to be generated which should be shown in the advt. The same depository should also allow complaints filing and action should be initiated against the advertiser for misleading/wrongful advt. if found true.

Advertisement is meant to deceive buyers. If we broadly analyse the data which company or sector influence most with bogus advertisement, It would be Telecom sector. No one precisely confirm whats real benefit one has using 2G, 3G, 4G despite paying huge bill the broadband connection using term ULTRA WI-FI extra, perhaps company can justify their stand but a user can't. I had the horrific experience in past still having and planned not to engage again with such bogus usher

Advertisement is an art of creating image on buyers. It changes the psychology of the buyers. It win the heart of buyers. While see the advertisement we must evaluate actual value of the commodity or services not the price.Always we keep it our mind that we are not apart from the society but also the part of it.So to BUILD THE nation we must develop the advertisement like humorous cartoons, attractive photographs but remember it not a false slogans.People come here to get advantage of its utility.

Any product that does not contain the natural ingredient like lemon/milk/kesar/ Sandalwood should not be allowed to show the photograph of natural lemon/milk/kesar/sandalwood on the product as that misleads the consumer . This misrepresentation is intentional on part of the brands to mislead . Government should intervene immediately

Most companies advertise their products with
blatant lies. A cheap detergent advertise: Buy our detergent and get a scooter or a car. They conceal that it's a lottery. Health drink deceive parents that their product will increase memory and height -- a blatant lie repeated throughout the day, for months. Model in white apron pretend to doctors and recommend things. Medical council must stop this game. Many more..
