E-service wont be successful until we are not in a position to deliver a internet connectivity. Govt need to create a competitive environment among the private companies to increase there participation.so more on developing E-service application, we more focus on to provide at least a good internet connectivity to the rural India. then only we can deliver E-services to the people.

E-services introduction to rural India starts from internet so first of all proper use of internet and its great effects should be kept in front of rural people in their own languages as they understand it a lot than any other young students from there should be motivated to take initiative teach people and provide required info about e-services this will also increase the interest of people in learning this new things and reporting of all this process should be done daily as its in progress.

Assessment of agriculture lose due to unexpected rainfall can be made simply by taking a geo-tagging photograph from respective villages and agriculture fields in particular. A geo-tagging photograph is a GPS enabled photograph which has location information altogether. The duties of review team can be made just by taking a photograph from the field and sending it to the central server through email... thats all it takes.

we can use the aadhar card as the credit or debit card in 1) online payments 2) markets 3) theaters 4) as well as in public places.. so we attach the bank account no to the aadhar card no. if the bank accounts are 1,2 or more than 2 then while using the aadhar card the machine should ask wich bank account is use for payments.

gov. need to encourage people to use Debit/credit cards in all places, happy to notice that there was an incentive announced on recent budget, being a banker i have suggestion, that gov should make compulsory to give EDC machine to all the current a/c holders,(atleaset to the traders like kirana stores, petrol bunk, etc.,)and should fix targets on using that, in other aspects it will arrest black money too, since it is through bank,

Dear sir, I want to say that we have to develop an web application for our Tahsil. Its main purpose to apply EC, Caste Certificate, Residence Certificate etc through online. And we can apply online and pay the fees from our account. So their is no need to pay extra amount to any broker. And their should be a time bound for process the application.

I feel there is a need to develop infrstructure requered to operate mobile phones etc on priority, computer eduction to be started from primary level itself, smart phones should be given to farmers at subsidised rates, awareness programs to be started in panchayats on applications of mobile phones and their use to know about agriculture and online services...... thi will ensure atleast in another 2-3 we will be able to go digital in all other fileds.
