All payments from the Government to citizens, whether rural or urban, should be made online for direct credit to their Bank accounts. Aadhaar No. to be linked for such payments, so that multiple benefits (like different subsidies) enjoyed by single person/family can be identified and stopped. Payments to non-individuals should also be made through electronic transfer and not by cash/cheques. Government should stop cash payments, except in emergence circumstances upto Rs.5000.00.

Biggest hurdle in the micro finance is the delivery of finance and recovery is time consuming and expensive. How to solve this, govt should make a social web platform where a borrower profile will be given and lender from all over the world will be able to fund him using internet.Say Mr.x from us or canada can lend $ 100 to some one from a village in India whose profile will be updated on this platform. People with money can lend (not donate)to the one who need them. Problem will be solved. :-)
