Digital India was conceived by weaving various strands of communication and information technology for digital empowerment of citizens and delivering better governance. Establishment of broadband highways forms the first pillar of Digital India. Therefore, timely commissioning of a reorganized version of National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) is very imperative. The implementation of NOFN was not moving as per plans, TRAI had given certain recommendations on ‘Delivering Broadband Quickly: What do we need to do?’ dated 17th April, 2015. In addition, DoT had appointed an expert Committee which submitted its detailed report recommending rechristening of the project as BharatNet with three implementation models.

Some views regarding the implementation have been raised and therefore the Authority looked into one more possible alternate model –“Build-Own-Operate-Transfer” (BOOT) model. The Authority has come out with this Consultation Paper (CP) to discuss issues related to strategies to find best model of implementation for BharatNet.

Sir,pl see you increase the gov employee selary. But who see the pvt employee.pvt employee is very bad condition .my be 60% in india.

Dear Sir, you now growing govt payment but no criteriya and saliry structure decided private company. Also plant suffer. Due to govt policy. So pl care private employe.

SHRI MODI SAAB,FIRST WE SHOULD REDUCE OUR POPULATION LEVEL To less than 1.2 Billion by IMMEDIATELY INTRODUCING 1-CHILD POLICY like in CHINA, OUR PREVIOUS GENERATIONS & POOR people have Mindlessly GAVE BIRTH TO PLENTY of BLOODY USELESS PEOPLE in our COUNTRY than GOOD People.This means all our development efforts are going VAIN without any USE of Foreign INVESTMENTS.VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM: THERE is NICE IDEA, ARREST whoever Wants SECOND CHILD.I MEAN JUST ONE MAN like CV RAMAN-NOBLE laureate is FINE.

Even though TRAI is doing a good job of putting up Implementation Model for BharatNet. There are still millions who can not utilize internet as they lacks devices for it. I urge you to bring policies which can enable low-cost yet quality devices which can be in reach of poor people.
