It is important to develop the leadership qualities in youth , the first and most important aspect is that they should start working from the ground (Baseline Work) and understand the difficulties of the people working at base level and ask the suggestion to improve their work and qualities.A proper and true information should be channelised to the top management.Only hypothesis for the management is dangeres to the organisations.

I wish their should be a unique department to collect the information about blood donars,organ donars. May be this will help some people life. And a technology should be developed and install in hospital for informing the department about the people who are willing to donate their organs and blood.

if we have to develop leadership qualities in youth then it needs to be started from basic i.e from the schools where future of our country develops and it has to be practical not theoretical so the standard of education systems needs to be raised a feeling of patriotism needs to be developed in the youth they must be made aware of the great history of our great nation.No one should underestimate the power of youth because we guys can do anything its just we need opportunity to prove ourselves

Sir, Please are afraid of bullying from other and the corrupt/ heartless/ ruthless/ people of our society. For Developing leadership, one has to stand on his own ans contribute something (even small) for the society. Contribution required here is in the form of work and not your money. Youth needs freedom and knowledge for developing leadership among them selves also with a strong backing for his protection if he/she falls.
