People say that leaders r born not created bt i strongly beleive that we can grow this quality. It starts from schools. Great causes create leaders. And this great cause should b love for our country. Wen we start loving our country then automatically we would start taking decisions for betterment of her. The one who takes decision is a leader.

Respected Prime Minister, I congratulate you on the overwhelming response of the Jan Dhan Yojna and Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan projects. These initiatives were long over due. As a fellow countryman and also being a student of Economics, I feel that India lacks in terms of skilled labor force. I would urge you to take up initiatives to launch a skill formation initiative for the youths. This would also encourage investors to start manufacturing units in India.

Sir, great leaders are born, for others leadership is a skill that requires dedication, patience, willingness to listen & learn, empathy for fellow beings. These qualities have to be instilled at a young age & nurtured through yoga, NSS, NCC, leadership training programs, interning in NGOs & governmental programs. Children should be taught public speaking, urged to read biographies of leaders in industry, faith & politics and to not fear the unknown, live in the present & to plan for the future.
