Additional funding should be provided if already being provided The central government should provide annual incentives to companies and factories to purchase hand tools needed for apprentices and other administrative expenses. Do not provide this explicitly. Funding to purchase hand tools and other items will help apprentices learn without fear and hesitation.

जरूरी नही है की रोजगार परक शिक्षा और apprenticeship केवल उन्ही को दिया जाय जो स्कूल जाते हों या कालेज जाते हों। यह शिक्षा किसी को भी दी जा सकती है। कुछ भी सीखने की कोई उम्र या कोई वर्ग नही होता

Vocational courses with apprenticeship should start from Class 6th itself. Without apprenticeship vocational and skill courses have no meaning.

One all India entrance to be conduct by UPSC and no separate Exam either by Central government or State government 2. Candidate are eligible to any trade subject to qualified in written Exam 3 If qualified the Government will provide training if he hasnot qualifications on that subject
