मंत्रालय आपको ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए एक तिथि सुझाने(कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर) और इसके लिए कार्यक्रम के आयोजन से संबंधित अपने विचार एवं सुझाव साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है।

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के निम्नलिखित पहलुओं से संबंधित कुछ प्रश्नों पर नागरिकों के विचार आमंत्रित किये गए हैं:

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए तिथि का चयन किस आधार पर किया जाए (कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर)?
गाँव संरचना दिवस में कौन सी गतिविधियों को शामिल किया जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस के अवसर पर ग्रामीण लोगों को इससे कैसे जोड़ा जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस मनाने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता कहाँ से मिल सकती है?
गाँव संरचना दिवस पर ग्रामीणों/ ग्राम पंचायतों द्वारा अगले पांच सालों के लिए क्या लक्ष्य निर्धारित किये जाने चाहिए (जैसे शिशु मृत्यु-दर और मातृ मृत्यु-दर में कमी, साफ़ पेयजल, खुले में शौच मुक्त गांव, ठोस और तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन इत्यादि) और क्या संकल्प लिया जाना चाहिए?
लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए कार्य के लिए किस आधार पर सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए?
ग्रामीण लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए असाधारण कार्य के लिए किस तरह के पुरस्कार दिए जाने चाहिए?

The ideal village is that which could serve as the link between the primary and secondary industries. First of all, the village is providing the labour force for the agriculture and for other purposes. Secondly the village is rich in resources and its settings provide the raw material for the secondary industries. The ideal village has many potentials to generate revenues because of the economic activities possible in it. The ideal village should be located close to canals, fields and societies.

In my district survey in the village Panchayat Sheopuri, Morena and Gwalior I have done a survey in the antenatal and postanatal caesure wards. I noticed that the village women had no access to the express mobiles during pregnancy on time. I also noticed the miscrepancies and iatrogenic factors in the district hospital leading to the death of the baby. The malnourishment has led to the death and premature births. There are many instances of abortions in third trimester. I am showing a slide here

I my survey in MP I have found out the problems in Panchayat Election and also reformed it. In Hastinapur and Uttila Panchayat, I noticed the imporper scrutiny on the part of the panchayat head. In the campaigning held in October 2014 for the panchyat election under 73rd Amendment, the voters form was not signed by the voters. Here, I recommend the government to make it mandatory to verify and sign the documents of the voters by self.

Sir If You can do in state level corruption in BLOCK OFFICE,DC OFFICE,POLICE,& all DEPARTMENT head officeE IN STATE LEVEL,Judicial office also.Pls do one thing all places install cctv camera display is out side of building, & attendance machine need to install all goverment offices for time table even goverment bank also.So pls mobilies this is very important to day to day activity where people is interact with gov employee.This time at leat do all bjp ruled state.Grass Route itcan be very good

मुझे नीती आयोग की बैठक मे बुलाये मै गाँवो को पुणॅ विकषित और आत्मनिभॅर कैसे बनाया जा सकता है उसके विषय मे सम्पुणॅ नीति बनाने मे सहयोग करना चाहता हुँ ।

In land acquisition bill why is it necessary to change the ownership, why cant government add an option of very long term lease..say 100-150 yrs where the government pays some rent every month or quarter, this option if clubbed with government employment, or providing land at alternate location to group of farmers (so that land wastage is reduced and small farmers also get economy of scale), i think will entice the farmers.
