हमारे माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के डायनमिक लीडरशिप के तहत नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) की परिकल्पना को ध्यान में रखते हुए, भारत सरकार ने दोनों के बीच फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी एंड मोबिलिटी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एकेडमिक और वोकेशनल डोमेन के इंटीग्रेशन को सक्षम करने हेतु नेशनल क्रेडिट फ्रेमवर्क (एनसीआरएफ) विकसित किया है। एनसीआरएफ छात्रों की आगे की प्रगति के लिए कई विकल्प खोलकर और वोकेशनल एजुकेशन और एक्सपेरिएंटिएल लर्निंग के साथ स्कूल और उच्च शिक्षा के इंटर-मिंगल द्वारा एक गेम चेंजर साबित होगा, जिससे स्किलिंग और वोकेशनल एजुकेशन को मुख्यधारा में लाया जा सकेगा। एनसीआरएफ उन छात्रों को भी सक्षम करेगा जो मुख्यधारा की शिक्षा से बाहर हो गए हैं और वे एजुकेशन इकोसिस्टम में फिर से प्रवेश कर सकते हैं।

एनसीआरएफ राष्ट्रीय उच्च शिक्षा योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क (एनएचईक्यूएफ), राष्ट्रीय कौशल योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क (एनएसक्यूएफ) और राष्ट्रीय स्कूल शिक्षा योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क (एनएचईक्यूएफ) को शामिल करके स्कूली शिक्षा, उच्च शिक्षा और वोकेशनल और स्किल एजुकेशन के माध्यम से अर्जित क्रेडिट को समेकित रूप से इंटीग्रेट करेगा। यह ट्रेडिशनल फैमिली इनहेरिटेंस, वर्क एक्सपीरिएंस या अन्य तरीकों के माध्यम से इनफॉर्मल रूप से नॉलेज और स्किल हासिल करने वाले वर्कफोर्स हेतु प्रतिभाशाली सीखने की क्षमता वाले छात्रों के लिए गिफ्टिड लर्निंग एबिलिटी और रिकॉग्निशन आफ प्रायर लर्निंग का भी सहयोग करता है।
इंक्लूसिव अम्ब्रेला फ्रेमवर्क का उद्देश्य मल्टीपल एंट्री-मल्टीपल एक्जिट के विकल्पों को सुलभ और उच्च शिक्षा, स्कूल एजुकेशन और वोकेशनल एजुकेशन में लागू करना है, जिससे छात्रों को अपने स्वयं के सीखने के रास्ते और कार्यक्रम चुनने की अनुमति मिलती है।

केंद्रीय शिक्षा और कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में यूजीसी, एआईसीटीई, एनसीवीईटी, एनआईओएस, सीबीएसई, एनसीईआरटी, स्कूल शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग और उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, डीजीटी और कौशल मंत्रालय के सदस्यों के साथ सरकार द्वारा गठित एक समिति द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से रूपरेखा विकसित की गई है।

सरकार डाक्यूमेंट पर 30 नवंबर तक कमेंट्स और टिप्पणियाँ आमंत्रित कर रही है जो डाउनलोड के लिए नीचे दिए गए लिंक में उपलब्ध है।

बच्चों में नैतिक मूल्यों के गुणों का निर्माण करना बहुत जरूरी है और स्कूल नैतिक गुणों के निर्माण में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है इसीलिए मेरा सुझाव है की पूरे भारत में प्री प्राइमरी से लेकर कक्षा 12 तक एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय शुरू किया जाए जिसमे भारत के पवित्र ग्रंथ पुराण महापुराण कथा संस्कार संस्कृति नैतिक मूल्यों से संबंधित विषय हो

1.National credit Framwork which seeks to integrate academic and vocational domains. 2.Credit Framwork are quildelines to be follow by schools ,College and universities in adopting the credit system. 3.Credit systeam wwhich offfers the opportunity to mix and match a wide variety of courses ,enablinng interisciplinary education. 4.National Fremwork is an umbrella for skillling ,re-skilling ,accredition and evaaluation in educational skilling institution. 5.It propposes o inteigrate the credits earned through school education higher education and vocational and skill education. 6.Gives the provision for lifelong learning.

यह पोर्टल नागरिको के लिए बेस्ट पोर्टल है यहां शिक्षा स्वास्थ्य जैसी बुनियादी जरूरतों की जानकारी साझा की जाती हैं ! और हम सभी लोगो को जोरना चाहिए जो इस पोर्टल के बारे में नहीं जानते है | उन्हें बतना चाहिए हम सभी को ताकि उन्हें भी कुछ इस से सम्बंधित शिखने को मिल सके और वो भी अपने किसी बात को यह शेयर क्र सके और इससे होने बलि कोई बेनिफिट हो वो उन सभी को मिल सके | सभी लोग मिल के कोसिस कीजिये सभी को जोरने का जिससे वो कुछ शिख सके और यह ढेरों सारे सर्टिफिकेट भी अपने नाम का पा सकेंगे | धन्यवाद

यह सरकार द्वारा की गई एक महान पहल है, इससे बहुत सारे छात्र सशक्त और ज्ञानवान होंगे, मेरे विचार से यह एक बहुत ही बढ़िया नीति है, काश इसे जल्द से जल्द पूरे भारत में लागू किया जा सके।मेरा अनुरोध है सरकार से । भारत की कम ब्याज बैंक लोन, सब्सिडी के साथ एमएसएमई द्वारा बैकफोर्स के लिए। कम कर दर।भारत को वैश्विक मानदंडों का पालन करने के बजाय स्वास्थ्य सेवा और शिक्षा के लिए गुणवत्ता मानक स्थापित करने चाहिए क्योंकि हमारे पास इस दुनिया के किसी भी अन्य देशों की तुलना में बड़े उपभोक्ता या दर्शक हैं।

New education policy has been implemented all over country next year.this policy has formed according to nature and need of our country. 1 New education policy is an combination of academic and vocational education system. 2 caste based natural skill should be promoted for use their specialist in particular sector. 3 strong infrastructure should be develop for learn skill and their proper training. 4 A number should be given on their better skill performance and it has to be included in their final score. 5 vocational course has been started according to special place and need in their local area .

cont... 5) reduce gap to zero between 1st year engineering/medical/management college level and class 12th in school of CBSE/NIOS/ICSE/state boards level. 6) Close colleges and universities which are not up to mark. Create only one level AAA/AA level in accreditation framework. Stop different level of accreditations as it allows colleges to destroy students life and career. If universities are not up to AAA/AA mark close them. Stop gaming of accreditations which is going on. Have some shame as students lose on their life and career because of these games played by system.

Few points:- 1) refer British (UK) open university syllabus for upgrading in open universities and distance education syllabus 2) Cut short timeframe for New Education Policy implementation 3) upgrading AICTE syllabus level to IIM & IIT level otherwise different syllabus will allow current Apartheid system to continue. Its due to this 2 separate syllabus parents are sending kids abroad for study by taking debt. This system also abuses fundamental right of equality if allowed to continue. If possible close AICTE if its not up to standard. Current educated unemployed youth crisis across India are courtesy of AICTE. Unless gap is filled between IIT & IIM vs AICTE this problem will increase even more. 4) syllabus of management is not aligned for self employment or business orientation rather for job seekers. This will be disaster in 4th Industrial Revolution environment. Management education is job preparation not how to do business. cont..
