पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र में यदि तेल और गैस का दोहन उचित रूप से किया जाये तो यह उस क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए आर्थिक समृद्धि का एक स्रोत हो सकता है। वर्तमान में क्षेत्र के स्‍थानीय समुदायों और अन्‍वेषण तथा उत्‍पादन प्रचालकों के बीच कोई संपर्क नहीं है। इससे क्षेत्र में अन्‍वेषण और उत्‍पादन संबंधी कार्यों में कमी आ रही है और इसने इस क्षेत्र में परिचालन के लिए खरीदार की संख्या को कम कर दिया है। हालांकि भारत सरकार ने पूर्वोत्‍तर क्षेत्र में अन्‍वेषण और उत्‍पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अनेक पहलें शुरू की है लेकिन इस प्रक्रिया में स्‍थानीय समुदायों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है।

इस कार्य में स्थानीय लोगों की भागीदारी कैसे बढाई जा सकती है, इससे संबंधित सुझाव दें।

The two potential states in North-east which produces hydrocarbons is Assam & Tripura,comprising 60 % of population there,it would involve significant activities like exploration,drilling,production,processing .Hence a very significant amount of manpower to will be needed,if the local communities could be encouraged by Union & state government ,then it would not only develop energy capabilities of India but would accelarate economic development of region as a whole with large employment done.

I recently applied for new gas connection and in it's documentation part, I need to submit notarized affidavit for declaring I have no gas connection. As govt is creating mindset in govt offices to believe it's citizens, then why there is a need to give this affidavit. One can provide self attested declaration for same also. Preparing affidavit leads to loose one's productive time and money, in turn loss of our country. For good governance, I believe affidavit requirement should be waived off

Provide the fascility to pay to pay the road tax online and depending upon the quantity and quality of the load at the TOLL GATES by providing Weigh bridges and scanners at the toll. Spot and online payment of ST by the owner of properties who got vehicle by rent. Once if owner found to default the ST and others, he should be owner should pay fenalty 35000rs or seizing the goods but not vehicle. Change the powers of RTO'S or nature of duty

To increase rupee Value not only gov vehicles make a strict rule to avoid unnecessary wastage of fuel by encouraging private vehicles owners to run their commercial vehicles by attachment of another vehicles which has no emergency. As the heavy load distribute among more wheels then road life increases and also fuel consumption reduces. This increases the economic conditions of owners and promote Rol on rol by train service like in konkan railway. This can be seen in foreign countries

Most of the buses travelling without passengers due to internal competition. So please adjust bus travelling master time table such that crossing the passengers from all to a single with full seats except rural bus. This can be done by providing GPS to all buses and seat availability at any city to adjust the seat by a conductors. No conductors is given to long route bus but they should check and adjust. This decreases usage of diesel by 40% & increase profit by 60%. Increases Rupee Value

Sir. I want to put some idea this country needs some result visible on ground.I know govt has taken a lot of initiative and working very hard.sir our PSUs which are doing the work of refinery cant they work on no profit and no loss. It will reduce price of petroleum products and it will be beneficial for public. Can't we have the more use of bio diesel and jatrofa plants can be cultivated on unused land like both side on highways and railway tracks. It will provide extra employment for poor
