राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य नीति - एनएचपी 2015 का मसौदा तैयार कर लिया गया है और पणधारकों के परामर्श हेतु सार्वजनिक डोमेन में रख दिया गया है। नीति के संबंध में सुझाव/टिप्पवणियां/प्रतिक्रिया आमंत्रित की गई हैं जिसमें अन्य् बातों के साथ-साथ निम्नेलिखित व्या पक क्षेत्र शामिल है: लक्ष्यह, सिद्धांत, उद्देश्यद, नीतिगत निर्णय, निवेश, निवारक और संवर्द्धक स्वास्थ्य, सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल प्रदानगी, स्वास्थ्य के लिए मानव संसाधन, स्वास्थ्य देखभाल का वित्तलपोषण और निजी क्षेत्र को शामिल करना, विनियामक ढ़ाचा, चिकित्साा प्रौद्योगिकियां, स्वास्थ्य और स्वास्थ्य सूचना जरूरतों के लिए आईसीटी, स्वास्थ्य के लिए जानकारी, गवर्नेंस, स्वास्थ्य देखभाल के लिए विधिक ढ़ाचा और सूचना का अधिकार।

The prices of generic medicines in open market is 10 times to 20 times of their MRP. This should be controlled immediately. The poor person have to buy a medicine which costs a retailer Rs 10 for Rs 120. This is injustice to poor as well as middle class people. Today for an average family their 30% spends are on medicines. Hence this would help them save a lot for their food and children.

I have a suggestion that for initial and preventive treatment the govt must start govt clinics appointing govt doctors to provide services at different places which will reduce burden on the govt hospitals where people crowd for even less serious health problems which can be treated with medicine and the consultation fees must be reasonable.

suggestions for budget: 1. bring in more people under taxnet by introducing more criteria. 2.pl dont stop the subsidies for the people below BPL. pl try to remove the better ones from the list.such as all MLAs, MPs, those with income of 10lacs and above 3.pl reduce the toll charges along the NH for owner cars. 4.pl provide more facilities for the senior citizens above 65 5.give scholarships in the edu cational institutions only to the really needy. 6.improve internal savings 7.

democratization of health care system should be focused upon and the very focus of budget should be strengthening of system than expansion as by having a concerned attitude towards very basic things like sanitation we can save a lot of resources. a anganwari center as against primary health centers is better option as holistic preventive health care system because of its micro presence as its jurisdiction is population based and micro needs of specific population will be addressed better.

the ground level workers of daily preventive health care set-up like asha,anganwari workers,anms must be christened as first point of contact and their strength must be used so a detailed project for their re-orientation should be initiated and anganwari centers must be utilized as permanent primary and preventive care giving center by government.for subsiding burdens of ncds a system of free and efficient should be developed instead of super specialty medical centers.

Continued: Non inflationary growth to be achieved through unlocking supply bottlenecks. Incomes to be raised through productivity increases like Digital India. Govt to maintain social security nets to reduce poverty. These are not exactly efficient, and are handouts, but a must in a country like India where there are ineffeciencies in labour markets.Health, Education spending to improve quality of life. Citizens must feel, yes this has something for me.

The budget should reflect a purpose: to achieve higher quality of life for citizens. Mere GDP growth and ForEx reserves targets are meaningless. These are meant for what? As Pranab Mukherjee had said in Parliament once, are we going to eat the GDP? To be achieved through a low inflation, moderate taxes, non inflationary growth: meaning a goldilocks scenario. Low inflation to be achieved through oil prices, veg prices. Moderate Taxes: encourage employment by cutting corporate taxes.

dental caries and vision problems are the most among the chidren which was given the less importance .even it was not campained in the schools about the dental hygiene and vitamins role in eye sight.even now when the teams of RBSK mobile health were visiting the schools officials are cautioning not to refer dental caries students as it is not a big issue
