सामाजिक पहुंच और साम्यता का मामला काफी जटिल है। हालांकि, लाभवंचित समूहों जैसे अ.जा., अ.ज.जा., मुस्लिमों, बालिकाओं और विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों तथा सामान्य जनसंख्या के बीच औसत नामांकनों के अंतरालों में कमी आई है, ऐतिहासिक दृष्टि से लाभवंचित और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर बच्चों के अधिगम स्तरों, जिनमें सीखने की समझ बहुत कम होती है, में अभी तक बड़ा अंतराल है। व्याोपक और बढ़ते हुए अधिगम अंतरालों ने नामांकन क्षेत्र में प्राप्त समानता के लाभों को खतरा पहुंचाया है क्योंकि अधिगम के कम स्तरों वाले बच्चों के पढ़ाई बीच में छोड़कर जाने की संभावना अधिक रहती है। हमें स्त्री-पुरूष और सामाजिक अंतराल कम करने के मौजूदा हस्तक्षेपों की जांच करने तथा प्रभावकारी समावेश के लिए केन्द्रित कार्यनीतियों को पहचानने की आवश्यकता है।

1) Sir not only primary education should be inclusive but also it should be of high quality. we should prepare our these chilren so that they could compete with English medium school children in secondary & higher education. 2) My request to govt is that in primary education only we need to decide the medium of instruction. either bit be mother tongue or English ..but whatever it is please keep it uniform for entire country or at least region.

1) there must be one primary school within max 2 km of every settlement 2) there must be we categorize three type of students in primary school a) Regular students relatively resource ful parwnts 2)Relatively less resourceful parents 3) BPL parents children We need to treat all these three categories differently a) Regular day time classes b) after noon classes c) evening classes We should provide last two categories with more care a) Dress,meal,books,transportation free.

stop giving funds to madras ,high madrasa , alamin , christian schools & colleges , 1 type of school recognization , 1 syllabus- 1nation , if govt wants to give funds / subsidy in the name of cast-creed , try to build basic amenities & reserve them in school & college n't in jobs ..... all is possible if strong vision & strict ruthless autocratic monitoring management is there , work in rural sector .

Respected Prime Minister, sir if certification is being provided on any basis then it has to be provided to all the people part of it.I request you to introduce caste certificates for general category also and make caste certificate compulsory in every aspect, because if any person not willing to provide caste certificate is also being considered as general category mainly talking about competitive examinations and govt jobs. So by introducing we can create a meaning to the reservation.

First thing you should do is stop writing SCs and STs.Please do not discriminate..and stop politicising and stop people who politicise based on caste.I know India is a big nation and there are still areas where this discrimination exist but the government has to step in first to remove this discrimination.Announce no Quotas based on caste..I dare you.Please help those who are backward because of Money and note because of caste.Give free education to poor no matter which caste they belong.

1.Review the scheme of quotas as it should not be based on the groups or community,but it should be based on the economic background of the person. 2.The scholarship schemes should be digitized & should be linked through aadhar with their bank accounts. 3.Some fixed quota should be set for girls for the admission in schools. 4.Govt schools should be upgraded & some fees should be taken from the students of govt. schools. 5.A wide range of schools should be opened in rural & backward areas.

unity comes by uniformity in education system not by separate educational institution for minorities. why modi ji is continuing with all state funded minority educational centres. Why the entire child population of the country cannot be given a uniform kendriya vidyalaya system of education. is delhi elections results, in which core hindu nationalist deserted BJP, not a sufficient fore-warning of 2019? if bjp continues congress policies, then in 2019 it may get 44 seats like congress.
