Co-operative banks are still common people's banks.Provides small loan assistance to various parties at low interest rates. Investments made in co-operative banks are the money of common people. There are various malpractices in co-operative banks. Therefore, central government should provide insurance for the investments made in co-operative banks.Startup companies are waiting for investments. Startup companies can face huge growth if investors are brave enough to invest. Therefore, the government should also provide insurance for investments made in startup companies that are on growth paths. Investors will invest in start-up companies if they feel that their investments are safe. Central and state governments should jointly implement investment guarantee insurance schemes.

There is a need of paying serious attention in tatkal quota booking procedure. As everybody has taken general waiting ticket in advance in the hope of confirmation but before one day of commencing journey the waillisted ticket is not looks like confirm then a normal person price for tatkal quota. And everyone knows getting tatkal quota ticket is how much tough and if he tries from multiple platform in the hope of confirmed ticket from any of the one but if two or three platform have got the ticket for same journey then how could be he utilize the same ticket as there is wastage of money and mainly needed person would not get the ticket as for above reason, SO IN THAT CASE THERE IS A NEED OF CANCELLATION OF TICKET ONLY & ONLY FOR 15 MINUTES AFTER TAKING THE TICKET WITH SOME SERVICE FEE DEDUCTION. My suggestion are following: 1. Introducing new tax on parents they will have more than two or three children, and also cut all types of subsidies or concession and eligibility for gov jobs. 2. Please stop schemes to give direct cash or account benefit to mass community/public except needy or poor people.(stop free bees) 3. Start a new survey of BPL to pull out the ineligible family/ people to out from the bpl list, that reduce the financial burden of gov in many welfare schemes. 4. Reduce interest rates on education loan and make policy to provide free education. 5. Make policy to build hospitals at block level(like district hospital) with all necessary facilities that was promised at the time of covid 19. 6. Also make a policy to incourage plantation. One plant one house. Every household to plant one tree at home. I can also be relate with taxation and tax relaxation. Thank you.

Suggestion 1: Consider closing the reservation system based on caste and shift towards an economic criterion for assistance, ensuring help reaches those who are economically disadvantaged. Let's promote education for all, based on merit, not caste. Suggestion 2: Encourage responsible family planning by linking government benefits. Restricting benefits for those with three children may promote sustainable practices and discourage over-reliance on government support. Suggestion 3: Discuss and carefully implement NRC & CAA, considering all perspectives to ensure fairness and inclusivity in the process. Open dialogue can help address concerns and find balanced solutions for everyone.

Would love to see below suggestions: I. Free 500k HealthCare Insurance for everyone. II. HomeLoan Tax benefits should be increased from 200k to 500k. III. 80C limit should be increased from150k to 350k. So that people should more incline towards Savings. IV. Freebies should be stopped. In the name of welfare so many states doing this practice. I believe we should definitely doing this for only needy people but i saw most of the beneficiaries not from low income group. Like: I saw so many people still taking free ration who having multi million house and 4 wheeler. A strict verification process should be implemented for any such welfare schemes. V. More budget should be given for Education. VI. Something needs to done for removing corruption. I still see more than 30% corruption in direct government schemes from a Distt Panchayat CEO to Gram Panchayat Secretary. Every govt officials involves having fixed percentage that they received in cash only.

आदरणीय वित्त मंत्री जी, मेरा आपसे अनुरोध हैं कि सरकार द्वारा दी जा रही सब्सिडी का लाभ उन लोगों को दिया जाएं जो नैतिक रूप से योग्य हों, जिनकी दो से ज़्यादा संतानें हैं उनकी सब्सिडी बंद होनी चाहिए, उनको स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को छोड़कर अन्य सब्सिडी से वंचित किया जाना चाहिए। ये ग़लत हैं कि समाज, देश के प्रति अपनी कोई जिम्मेदारी न समझे और जनसंख्या बढ़ाते रहें वो भी एक मानसिक रोगियों की तरह, धर्म को आधार बनाकर जनसंख्या वृद्धि करना इन मानसिक रोगियों का काम हैं, हम क्यों इनका बोझ उठाएं। सरकार को तुरंत इनकी सब्सिडी बंद करनी चाहिए।
