TRAI Invites Suggestions for Consultation Paper on Allotment of spectrum to Indian Railways for Public Safety and Security services

Department of Telecommunications (DoT) through their letter dated 27th February 2019 has informed that Indian Railways has proposed to install an Ultra-high-speed LTE based communication corridor along their network for Train-Ground and Train-Train communication. In this connection Indian Railways has requested DoT to reserve 15 MHz of spectrum in 700 MHz band for the purpose and to begin with 10 MHz to be allocated free of cost as the proposal is devoid of any commercial gain, but only for enhancing security and passenger amenities. Through the said letter, DoT has also requested TRAI to provide recommendations on administrative allotment of spectrum to Indian Railways and the quantum, price, appropriate frequency band (including 450-470 MHz band) and any other related issue.

A Consultation Paper on “Allotment of Spectrum to Indian Railways for Public Safety and Security Services” has been released to discuss the issues involved. Written comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper are invited from the stakeholders by 22nd July 2019 and counter-comments by 5th August 2019.

आदरणीय , प्रधानमंत्री जी सब से पहले हमे उन कार्यो को करना है जिनकी ज्यादा आवश्यकता है जैसे पानी की कमी , खाने की कमी ,रात्रि मे ठहरने की व्यवस्था न होना अगर ये कमियां ठीक हो जाये तो सभी को बहुत राहत मिलेगी क्योकि चाहे गरीब व्यक्ति हो या अमीर व्यक्ति सभी को इन चीजो की आवश्यकता है

is indian Raiways a property of india? who's technically technology we are using? as its question of data and individual people of India , so we have to see alk. aspect of saftey ,security of people of Indian.as every country is made by the people & culture of its own.once i understand? then only i can share my views,

भारत सरकार को चाहिए भारतीय रेलवे में प्राइवेट सेक्टर की तरह कार्य करने वाले टीटी टिकट कलेक्टर जिस तरह रखा जाता है उसी तरह स्टेशन पर चाय बेचने वालों को भी आरक्षण देना चाहिए जिससे कि रोज ₹10 कमाकर भी हो अपने बच्चों को पढ़ा लिखा सके और अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति मजबूत कर सके मेरा भी आनंद नगर रेलवे स्टेशन पर चाय की दुकान है इसलिए हमारा भाई एमएससी कर रहा है इसके लिए पैसा किस तरह आता है हम लोग जानते हैं और वह भाजपा का कार्यकर्ता भी है

First up all fix a over weight sensor to each compartment if over weighed the train will not move (ex lift ) automated door close and open when station arrived .1st point results when accident happens low casualty but need more train.2nd point this will reduce theft level.connect all train with accurate GPS to avoid crashing.

Early warning devices are Tri- Netra radar & CBTC spectrum waves where Laser scanning radar in train to enhance vision for pilot in dark, fog, visibility of cracks, tree on rail in 2- 3 km is tri- netra defined as Terrain Imaging for Drivers Infrared Enhanced Optical & Radar Assisted system Current Affairs - 2019 & CBTC is early warning Automate rail traffic on speed and accident , & Doppler radar in train for weather data consist of railway database. ref: https://www.godigitalzone.in

Some changes we wish to see in the Indian Railways : Better Food, Safety outside and inside --- As everyday we hear about train derailments. It is difficult to keep a track on all routes better networking is definitely required to prevent crashes. Also , more security is needed inside the railway compartments for women and foreigners, More general coaches is needed, More cleanliness as cleanliness is an important part of a healthy lifestyle https://www.healthysoul.in/

Also A suggession Sell the 700 MhZ to a Private Operater along the Railtrack line The TRAI ,Indian Railway Safety Board and DOT should sit togather and fix price to the TSP according to the Geography ,Where the Railway Lines are going to use the 15/10 MHz Paired spectrum of 700Mhz Bandwith,Let the operators share it to RTSS.
