The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

I think in school , Teachers can't complete both syllabus and study outcomes together but they try to do that. For complete both, students didn't understand anything and can't set a goal so there should be students have option to choose their own interest to study therefore they can do something innovative in their own interest field.

my suggestions arvind kejriwal have all the merits to be a national leadership. education , engineering, business, labour welfare, honestly, truth, challenge acceptence, new opportunity, initiative, management, Law and Justice, voice of all. " sarv jan hitay, sarv jan Sukhay " one day leadership get change and new force of energy and development run from the new sansad bhavan new delhi.

Schools should have history and geography and languages as only the subjects of interest to children. They can attend if they like. Like I suggested in my other suggestion. This is extension to that and to add other subjects of interest to children in the schools or at the government sponsored agency, like arts, music, singing, stage performances, solo performances, dance, drama, movie and direction, acting, writing books, novels, stories, etc.. This suggestion also means that the schools should give a day for students to participate in such events and they would be marked attendance. When the subjects like history geography and languages become more audio visual and non competitive (no grading), then there would be more free time for students.. Those students who wish to chase these carriers later, can chose not to take up the science or maths as subjects. The learning has to become more individual centric than the stereotype subjects and grading.

During the school education, some subjects should become completely only non competitive like History, Geography. the subjects should be there but just to tell the stories, show videos, show documentaries and not just the reading and text books. This way, their burden for marks will go down and they will only enjoy history and geography. In fact, they learn much more on the various TV channels on geography and history than the text books. Same way, the languages for learning should not be competitive. There was time, when language and learning language was the only way to be part of the competition . There wasn't technology etc. So the languages should also be taught by way of video audio and stage performances. These can be made by government. Or the classical learning of languages but not for marks..
