Namaste, These days we are hearing a lot of fraud in banking industry in which many top level executives of the banks are involved.These kinds of activities are very badly affecting our financial condition.We need to address these problem very seriously to strengthen our financial situation. To curb it, I think Psychological test of every executives should be done on a periodic basis to understand the persons and their behavior in a detailed manner and appropriate action should be taken.

Everyone says India export Software, but to use computer we are using using Windows as licence Operating System, why not we (India) build our Own (OS) Operating System, Tata or Infosys etc. can do. We can save huge amount. because every computer need OS and office.

An idea of common diwali festival on 5 days at ground where in evening krackers can be elightened to common public at large .The crackers of green category sound should be less than 5-8 decimals. This save individual money ,time & most important is air & noise pollution in residential area where senior citizens & pregnant women ,small baby should not get disturb. A charity organisation,Welfare organisation are arranging classical Sangeet karyakram in morning @5 am. Lot of crowd comes in pune

our education system is coming down daily. best of seeds should go to next harvest. best student should become teachers.unfortunately its happening. importance to be given to teaching and teachers should be highly paid especially in private institutions and education should enhance skills not scoring marks. there should not be any public exam for 5th and 8th class. education should help developing knowledge not fear and tension. we should seek guidance from old teachers
