Correct waste disposal system and waste management system is key to cleanliness. In india we have so much bio degradable waste which can be turned into manure for plants so having local collection for different kind of waste will work. Kabadi walas and khuda walas in india need to be involved in this process and citizens to be charged more for waste collection

Classification of trash is required: separate organic and other wastes. Pickup schedule should be more frequent for the trash containers as trash usually spills over. This is more of a municipality issue than a national issue. Key issue to deter littering is fines both in the neighborhood and streets. Easy availability of trash disposables is a must. If trash containers are easily available then disposing trash also becomes natural. PSA linking trash, hygiene and diseases should be announced.

In the US private enterprise gets involved in every aspect of public life looking for an opportunity to profit. Waste management is no exception. However ensuring that the profits earned come from socially responsible and ethical business practices has always been a challenge. Nevertheless if healthy private-public partnerships can be nurtured, this approach has tremendous potential.

Make cleanliness a Trend! 1.Use Social media. If ALS Ice bucket can,so can #CleanIndia. 2.Celebrities should encourage hygiene. Afterall 'Being Human' is Being Clean. 3.Actions speak louder than words. Keep it simple and afforable. Cos throwing one apple core in dustbin a day keeps the doctor away. 4.Educate the masses. Teach our children. Life's messy. Clean it up! 5.Cleanliness is our fundamental responsibility.Think different. Believe in something better. Because we are worth it!

cleanliness should start from cities and highways. Local municipalties are the most lacking in service and funds. They should privatize and out source 1. Road maintenance 2. Water 3. Sewage 4. Garbage collection and recycling 5. Public rest area and toilets Better health will pay for all the expenses in long term.

1. Establish a clear recycling plan and infrastructure 2. Establish medium, channel to collect & transport wastage. 3. Educate the inhabitants on the process & facilities available. In Swiss, every house hold has facilities to collect bio-wastage and rest of regular house hold wastage. Every community has separate bins for Glass, iron, oil and chemicals. These are collected by municipal staff weekly basis. In addition all major super markets has separate bins for batteries & lights.
