ETC.. but Why only on Education but not on Security... please try to provide some education on this as well.

Some States, including my Tamilnadu, disburse free bicycles to girls at higher secondary school level. Locomotion to a distance school after primary level is a huge deterrent. Among these 20 if one wants to read outside the state then the respective state should bear the cost of admission and hostel fees. 2.If a person have more than one child among them one is girl and if the person has yearly income less than 125000 then the education of the girl should be free whether it a private school or a government school.
