Respected PM, Digitization for Swachch Bharta is good. Also, we need infrastructure. Our trains should have dustbin in every compartment and coach. People after eating packaged food often through disposals from the window. Some keep below the seats and journey becomes uncomfortable after some time as you have to walk on garbage. If dustbins are kept and periodically replaced with new ones after they are get filled, it will create employment in railways in the name of Swachch Bharat.
