Dear sir Revenue generation through government land can be done .. if a individual plot owner have adjoining government land should be allowed to purchase government land adjacent to his property.. land records & actual property is quite different so to regulate land ownership it can be done .. it will resolve so many issues also individual property owners will get opportunity for expansion in adjoining land.. also easy rules should be made for government land vacant at so many locations.. government will get very good revenue as a one time lease tax & yearly property tax.
