The rivers Brahmaputra, Sutlej and the group of rivers Arun, Kosi, Ghaghra and Trishuli feeding the flow of River Ganges, all originate in Tibet. These rivers are veritably the lifelines for India. The Peoples’ Republic of China (PRC) is tampering at their sources in Tibet, endangering lives of a billion Indians. The PRC has embarked on building a mega-dam in Tibet over River Brahmaputra (called Yarlung Tsangpo in Tibet). The Indian leadership in the 1950s was propagating ‘Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai’ and opposed establishment of a sovereign Tibet although the USA and UK were eager to help, and the PRC easily captured Tibet. That blunder is now endangering Indian people. The gravity of the present situation demands that India must immediately move the United Nations as well as the International Court of Justice to bring a mandate that any such project can proceed only jointly with India. The PRC must be prevented from scoring another fait accompli.

Dear Sir, India is progressing amazingly under present government. However there is room for improvement. I am writing them randomly. There should be rule of law also. 1. Why people want to drive on the wrong side of the road? 2. why 2 wheelers drive without helmet? are not they worried about their family? 3. Why auto rickshaws do not use meters? 4. why can't there be sharing routes for auto / taxis with the rate decided. 5. Why public & private passengers do not follow maximum allowed passenger rule? 6. Bullock carts contribute to some accidents particularly in night times due to not getting noticed. why should not they be provided with radilium strips at backside so that they can get noticed from the distance. 7. Like bullock carts cycles also can have radium strips at the backside. 8. Tractor trolleys contribute to accidents. Why there can't be break lamps, side indicators, radium strips behind tractor trolleys?

Sir, please consider bot components in every Govt digital machinery with AI support, as a whistle blower to corrupt practices. This can be used as a tool for planning purpose also.

So In Bharat too please launch pro Citizen card which includes and safe guards more than an aadhar card Today aadhaar card is misused we have seen lots of cases so bring Pro Citizen card means it has to tell all details means from Birth,certificate, Education certificate,Life certificate, Ration Card, Voter ID,Caste certificate, passport,all idsin one Under umbrella which has to safe guard to protect a Pro Indian citizen. Entire Bharat citizens possessing this Pro Bharat Citizen card must be final safely since all IDs. Are in QR codes it can be add on data of one has did PG they can add too. Income certificate, Kisan certificate all types of certificates in one card ,certificate . All. citizens certificate under one single card and brings equal Citizen education one India one education too equality to study
