Bharat has an immense potential for tourism; our tourist attractions being second to none. Most of these are littered with filth and waste due to complete lack of civic sense of both, the local population and the tourists. We need to start a Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan to create an awareness towards maintaining these tourist places and ensuring that they are kept clean. We should be proactive in educating all sections of our society not to throw garbage / litter everywhere. Government departments / Municipal Councils / Municipal Corporations / Gram Panchayats must all be given targets to clean up the existing sites (including public roads etc.) and ensure that they are met. Filth and garbage accumulate also due to lack of facilities for proper collection and disposal. This is also one of the reasons for air pollution in the country; people burn their garbage in view of not having disposal facilities. CSR of large corporates can be used to fund this if required. As such, for this week, I would like to suggest the following lines: 1. Cleaning of kalyanis- we are aware that earlier each temple used to have a water source like kalyanis, which used to be a source of water not only for temples but also for the public. Due course these have been filled up. Now, many teams are working hard to revive it. To name Sri Girish of Hassan District #girishhassan, who is into cleaning of Katyayinis and tree plantation . 2nd Sri #Venky, who is into restoration of old, neglected temples. 3rd The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Udupi District, which have been into the cleaning of railway stations for the past 4 years 4th The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Bengaluru North District, which is into service at one village Ghantaganahalli . These if highlighted, I hope will motivate others to follow there work. Hope this would be consider

1. The first one is to implement election process using AI with Java to reduce cost, burden on election commission of India and to replace the counting of votes process with the system. The AI system also overcome the duplicate/fake votes casting in election and to complete the elections in short period of time. 2. The second one is to implement AI to maintain queue line slots in temples with interconnection of irctc train ticket booking to reduce cost, burden on Endowments department of the respective state government and it helps to reduce load on irctc server in booking train tickets to pilgrims. The system will reduce waiting time in queues for devotees.

I appreciate the door which has been opened for us all citizens to be able to write to you. I am proud of my Government regarding this. I sincerely hope that this facility continues for ever. Citizens throw home garbage on roads etc to save Rs 50, which most municipalities charge for home collection of garbage but they never fail to give electricity bill or house tax. If we can have a Common Utilities Bill, which includes everything including monthly garbage collection, then everyone will stop throwing garbage on road, plus income of municipalities will increase manifold and household garbage collection will be universal. Collection can even be given to a private agency, which can charge customers one rupee for the convenience.
