She also runs a small gift shop for tourists and earns money to pay compensation to the villagers. Her service is now extended to Mudumalai tiger reserve in tamilnadu also. She is the lady who is in one hand helping farmers who are living in the fringes of the forest as well as helping the Forest department by winning farmers heart. Due to her service and immediate payment of small compensation villager have stopped poisoning the tigers or leapords in bandipura tiger reserve area.
