Namaste Anna Villupuram Railway Junction in Tamilnadu played a vital role in Our nation Indepence.Mahakavi subramania Bharathi sent his treasure writings through the Railways to various points from this Junction. In this 75th independence year of you recall this ,it would add more relevance to the district and create a patriot atmosphere among the rural mass which is prone to many many social issues. Vande Maatharam. 86 percent Population in Villupuram are Farmers. Agricultural waste here can be effectively recycled in to Bio Gas which would reduce pollution and add to rural economy. Your guidance to Farmers with a case study regarding making Bio Gas plant as a cottage industry, will motivate rural women as well as increase their income. If it can be Supported by Mudhra loan and GeM portal , we can see marked difference in the lives of our Agricultural rural mass. vande Maatharam

Respected prime minister sir, I would like to draw your attention towards number of seats in government medical Colleges, as we know that thousands of students give neet examination every year but only few of them can pass it and also the number of seats in government medical Colleges are less. Nowadays most of the students pursue their medical study from foreign countries, while India need more doctors as number of patients are more than doctors. The fees of private medical Colleges is too high that every person cannot afford it so, there should be more number of seats in government colleges so that all students can fullfill their of being a doctor and can help people by serving to their nation not by moving to another country.

Sir we oiled like to bring to your notice constant AAP MLA harassment and police working under the MLAs influence in Amritsar East Punjab. Please tell and guide we want a peaceful regime and progressive. Having NRI investment but cannot work as MLA asks extortion extra. Why should we help non judicial procedures. Judiciary also does not help.

Win win situation - At this digital age, i feel, property should also go digital with PROPERTY CARD 1) Every property land / flat should have property card & that card should be linked with owner Aadhar 2) If owner want to take topup loan / sell property etc then he just need to present the property card to bank / other buyers 3) Others can download soft copy after putting OTP in govt property website. Owner will get OTP 4) So property genuine / history of owners can be easily taken out in govt website 5) This will reduce property litigation in courts to certain extent 6) Less paper usage /xerox for loan 7) It will be easy for bank to process Home Loan, which might in turn reduce processing fee 8) Black money investment in property will be difficult once everything goes online 9) During rental of flat / land, no need to put all details, as website can grab details from property card while making rental agreement online etc etc
