Respected Sir, Greetings of the day. I would appreciate if you could bring strict guidelines to control medicines for patients, even if they are generic. The patients are swindled, especially with the generic. For example if a drug "X" i generic form costs INR 15/-, the print on it says MRP 65/-. The pharmacy gives a discount of 10%, to the patient, that is INR 59.50. The pharmacy gets a whooping profit of INR 44.50. This is just an example. Imagine for almost thousands of varieties, the gain. Poor patients are taken for a ride. Also they get an extremely large margin in Over The Counter sales. A patient who is unable to pay doctors fees, approaches the pharmacists, saying he as cough & needs medicine. He is given a combination oof a generic antibiotic, pain killer, an antihistamine & a cough syrup, all generic & charged INR 75/. The gain for the shop owner will be Rs 50/-. He gets at least a 30 to 40 OTC patients. Kindly bring laws to regulate such malpractises for patients.

Good Morning/Afternoon Mr.Prime minister Being a citizen of India there are some topics to raise the development under your rule is faster than ever before but some things are still there that are needed to be focused on police control is improved in my neighbouring state U.P but the police is also violating the rights of people as one night a saw because of some incident a underage girl was trying to stop the police from taking her father and a male constable slapped her and threw her to the ground In moradabad here 1st she was a girl and could not be touched by a male constable and 2nd she was underage . The pits on road are also a very serious issue many people die every year because of them and recently a case like this also happened in Mumbai but no authority listens to it. The education system of india basically the examination system needs to be revised as there were many problems that NTA did during the conduction of Jee and Neet and these are national level exams.

We have very faults in are country let's take know what are they 1 poverty Most of the people in India live Bellow poverty like they earn less than 10$ a day. To get out of this we need employment on large scale. 2 education system India is good for its studies it has all most modern facilities in education but the type of education pattern it sucks. Motive is that if u get marks u rule the world and student care abt marks then understanding 3 corruption Well it's not a topic to discuss every one knows abt it and it's destroying the govt system 4 brod minds Indians lack in brod minded people. They fear abt wat will society say rather then there own desire. 5 engineering or doctor Iit kar le bahut scope hai doctor karle bahut scope hai. Like every one wants engeering from iit only or doctor from neet only.tgey lack in decision making 6 reservation systemsIf ur general them it's the most deathly thing happen to u cause people from St sc obc will get in to any thing using re

PM sir, To the income tax payers, please issue cards like bronze, silver, gold and diamond card based on tax paid by them. Holders of these cards should have some special benefits like priority for some services e.g. no queue in bank, railway booking or any school admission or parking of vehicle any other. This is to acknowledge their contribution.

PM sir, We have lot of hopes from you so try to give ideas Please do something to remove the tuition system for school going children. Today because of so many coaching centres there is pear pressure on school going children to join these for studies and competitive exams. coaching starts as early as class 6th . poor children first go to school and after they come back they do to coaching centre. Because of this regular schools do not teach much. The whole day they are studying with no time for thensevles at such an ealry stage making their life hell. This coaching starting at class 6th continues even for MBBS and other professional students. Permission to run coaching centres may be allowed only for competitive exams after board exams are over for a crash course of 1-2 months. There needs to be some regulation for coaching centres.

Everywhere you may go there you see the political pressure. There is a big issue that the student with no job. Another problem is farming. In odisha According to Farmers they have not benefited from cultivation. Har ghar dastakhat abhijan should be done by us. Jai Jawan Jai Kissan.
