Dear Sri Pradhan Mantri Ji Polythene bag pollution is one of the biggest problems that we are facing and despite all the efforts on banning it we are unable to curb its use. The reason is unavailability of affordable replacement. My suggestion is that instead of banning it we should start program of buying it back from rag pickers or waste pickers at some small price. This will provide encourage these people to clear the streets and roads of polythene bags and help us reducing the drain choking. These used bags can be then recycled to make public furniture like waste baskets which can be installed at short distances in colonies. RWAs and NGOs can be roped in for such work.

Sir, I am Vinod from Kerala.I have completed my 3 postgraduations and currently doing my PHD in management(topic-direct marketing).I am actively involved in direct selling industry fulltime. This industry is currently feeding just 80 lakh people currently and our market potential is very big compared to what we can do.This industry can wipe off all unemployment in India if we provide the right education for peopIe . I can do an active role "free of cost" for the country by reaching out and educating people.I am a visiting faculty of Shoolini university from where the first batch of students just passed out securing PG diploma in direct selling.I can volunteer if the country needs volunteers to spread the awareness via right education for the public on how to become entrepreneurs without investing anything except effort and time.

Sir I would like to draw your attention towards the appointment of ICLS officers. At present ICLS officers are appointed through UPSC without any background of company act .after selection 2 year training is been given to them theoretical and practical both , which I perceive increases the cost of the government. Request you to consider exam amongst Company Secretaries and appoint them as ICLS officers, governance result will be all together different positively as Institute of Company Secretaries of India teaches numerous of laws and make a CS specialized in field.

Despite being a democratic country, social differnces between men and women are perceived almost everywhere. In majority of the places, women are paid less than man though both of them do the same task. Women work is often not valued whether it is household chores or a paid job. I agree the fact that many measures had been taken to empower the women but may be these have not been implemented in a proper manner. therefore i would request you to kindly discuss about the mentioned topic
