Respected PrimeMinister Sir, I am been observing that most people in my locality are keeping National Flag at home. Can't we address the nation with message that we need to respect our National Flag. By stating something like this:- Please remove National Flag or keep it till it is safeguarded. Don't let it to fade or torn by strong wind. We must respect National Flag. Request you to please share this thought in you next Mann ki baat session - Avnish Kumar, F-3/10, Dayalpur, Delhi-110094 Mob - 9873338533.

Jai hind sir, I am kritika vivek khandelwal from ichalkaranji near kolhapur. Sir my concern is you are and you have worked for girl education but sir school fees are so hiked that only few people can afford that level of education that can lead our child to make her future. Sir I feel this is so unfair as education makes our nation build more strong, more educated more growth of nation. Sir I feel education is for everyone, government school don't have that much equipments and staff. Sir,I request you to make private school law of not hiking fees,it should be that much only which is good to pay them for their teaching staff or school necessities. School is meant for everyone, every child should be equal for them and also in every private school there should be admission taken compulsory for 5 students from slums. This way I think every one will he educated and we will become more strong. Sir,I am looking forward to Hear something positive from your side. Thank you sir.

Attached is the MEDICAL POLICY for my wife taken from STAR HEALTH. How the medical policy [providers are playing with the innocent policy holders; giving you one example of mine. My wife felt discomfort and we decided to shift him in nearby hospital. Pre-intimation to the policy facilitator was given in time. During treatment the network hospital decided the line of treatment. Accordingly some tests, screening were done on patients. When I got patient discharged after few days; hospital informed that some treatment part has been disapproved and cost incurred will not be reimbursed to the hospital so I have to pay those charges in CASH to avail my patient discharged. Sizeable amount was paid by me in spite of my no fault. Question is when patient is under network hospital nd doctors are competent professional, how their treatment can be challenged and policy holder is hit. When I wrote to STARHEALTH for questioning this from hospital, they referred their policy protocol. Kindly lookin

India's judicial system is crumbling. Cases a languish for years & years. Instead of fixing the legal system, various govt have been trying to bring in new laws to bypass traditional courts. Case in point Rera. Rera courts are also facing similar issues. e.g. in Maharashtra it takes at least a year before a case is picked up for first hearing. Criminals use weak judicial system as a shield to carry out their crimes. Because it punishes victim more than perpetrator. In garb of Covid, many courts have stopped in person hearing & moved to fully online mode. Entry of public has been restricted. General public has very little access to know day to day working of court. Lack of transparency breeds corruption & should stop immediately. Govt should come with laws which should make it mandatory for ALL courts to live stream court proceedings online where citizens of country can witness working of courts. It is the first step towards improving transparency & efficiency of courts.
