Nation is celebrating 75 years glorious AKAM,still we can witness many people on footpaths,road side without food and shelters.we indians are very rich in donations to god and social service trusts etc.There should do some mechanism without encouraging begging should provide basic amenities and empowerment.

Respected Sir,this is one about New Pension Scheme as introduce since year 2004.A youth joins govt.service mainly because of less working hours,less responsibility,more job security and easy money.They are getting many free facilities which common tax payers are not getting like medical facilities, education to their child LTC facilities etc.What makes special to govt.servants to get all such free bees which common tax payers are not getting despite of they are also citizen of India.Regarding Pension after retirement what make diffirent between him and other citizen ?For all his services to nation as govt.servant he gets handsome salary.How a common citizen can live with a meagre old age Pension but a public servant including Judges ,M.P., MLAs requires multiple pensions to survive Let their be only one Pension under NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME for all citizens whether he is Presidant of India or a peon or a farmer or a begger .ONE NATION, ONE PENSION and ONE PENSION SCHEME.

Hon'ble Sir! there are huge provisions in Companies Act, like present IBC' 2016, when Corporate bodies/ companies go for liquidation for whatever reason. This provision of liquidation is in the interest of millions of investors, creditors, employees as well as promoters of companies. It is a resolution process in a stuck up business/ industry. Thousands of Companies are in liquidation. One Department under MCA is deputed as Official Liquidator, where only few MCA officers are deputed and most of the staff is temporary, account less. Unfortunate part is that, this department of Official Liquidator is treated as Dustbin. It has two bosses, one the employer ministry and another is the Respective High Court. Officers posted in this department take excuse of High Court in front of MCA and they take excuse of MCA in front of the Hon'ble Courts. As result thousands protracted proceedings of liquidation matters for even 50 years of pendency. Kindly do the needful . Regards .. Adv MCPathak

THIS ONE IS ABOUT RAM SETU CANAL PROJECT - ALTRENATIVE Respected Sir, i was reading this article which rightly said that ram setu will never became reality and it should not... But.. that does not mean we should stop thinking about new ideas - can we make a C shape canal in tamil nadu which act as (by pass road) - and declare all the area inside this c shape for lord ram as we are doing in ayoydhya - all the internal ship will use this route to save money, and fuel cost... - we can also create a trans-shipment hub there - it will create lots of job for people of tamil nadu - and will also help in mitigate the chinese risk of taking sri lankan port i have attached a google map screenshot its just for a broader idea .. means location can be different
