Vocational training part of curricula for high school -Josephites, Placement policy to be extended to vocations - as in professionals, Education for guides - innovation, Social work for college students -NSS, create an exchange for basic trades -plumbers, electricians, labourers etc for free flow. Discontinue practices of doles. Identify cause of unemployment at skill exchange to place the personnel. Huge market for workforce but no jobs is a paradox to be neutralised

Hereby I have attached a summary of 5 practices that is currently in practice in Canada and which I believe will help creating new jobs and keep the existing jobs within India 1.
