Each state & every district in India has a unique & famous product. Promotion of such (small scale) industries (by low taxation, training opportunities, better management for promotion & marketing of their products) would not only create job opportunities among local people, but also promote tourism & Indian made products, contributing to Indian GDP. Such approach will also minimize migration of local people in search of job opportunities, leading to development of each state throughout country.

Number of paid internships should be increased in India. It would also lead to skill development. e.g in research institutes govt-funded scholarships could be announced for students in their last year of masters that will allow them to work in a research environment for at least a year after completion of the degree. This will also lead to skill development and students won't have to depend on availability of grants in the institute. More biotechnology companies need to be started.

The #1-5 global best Agricultural practices that Gov, ICAR and FCI can address is grain and pulse loss, post harvest. Protecting harvest is very useful. Unlike go-downs or warehouses, there is innovative storage that moves to where it is needed so harvest (sack or loose) is off the ground, under a roof and protected from rats, birds, insects or molds. Implementing storage that reduces risk for grower too consumer value chains will create a more efficient food industry that needs more workers.

Mai job creation me koi lecture nahi dena chahta hun bas ek simple sa funda dena chahta hun sarkar ko, Hamare desh me railway ka bahut bada network faila hua hai aur aap dekhenge us rail network k dono or approx 30-40 meter jagah railway ki khali padi hui hai. agar hum us jagah par Jatropha k trees lagane ka kam suru karen to humare desh me bahut sa rojgar nikal ayega.
