As government is allocating much of the funds in various sections of administration it should also empower the traffic department with technology and new vehicles as the indian traffic rules are limited to the cross roads only. Constant patrolling should be in practice by the officials of the department. People wear helmets when they are approaching cross roads n once it's passed they would again remove it. So the application of the traffic rules must be taken seriously by both the sides

2&3) making balance between car and bus and making bus safer and comfortable. ans: Many people want to use bus but they don't have route, timing, status info of bus. A mobile app for live view of bus, bus timing and route info can be a great boon. since muni. transportation doesn't have much IT expertise, a central initiative with common app and tracking device to which muni. & state transportation can subscribe is the solution.a bus with enough passenger and cctv is the safest one for women

1. There should be a National Traffic Management System evolved by experts with a dedicated Satellite System to track, monitor and transmit data to Traffic Control Rooms in Cities. This could reduce use of Manpower and unnecessary time lags in implementation of effective Traffic Management procedures. 2. Use of Public Transport should be encouraged among citizens by improvig the quality of service, punctuality of buses and cost effectiveness of fares. 3. Use of Digital resources like Mobile Apps

There are the reasons for heavy trafic in cities. 1)small roads 2)people give high priority to reach office or homes in journey rather than following trafic rules and responsibilities 3)Negligence and irresponsibilities . To reduce the traffic in cities using largest high technology won't give good results unless people follow it. Still at the traffic signal lights around 60% of the vehicles crossing zebra lines even though we are using and aware of traffic signals.Attached will give my idea.

1) smart solution to deal with traffic congestion. ans: contour planning of city roads using geospatial data. during rains, water logging blocks many road which result in traffic congestion. considering road slops while renovation should be important. during road renovation some roads are only resurfaced which will elevate it, while some roads are surface scrapped to reduce road height, giving proper slope. so no water logging and road blocks happen. under ground watertank to collect

Traffic controlling is major task in big cities. Making roads 2-4 lane from single road. Giving heavy penalty to people who avoid traffic rules. Traffic police on each and every road. Over speed checking devices and pollution checking devices every where . And of making many flyovers is also a major step .

Following traffic rules is a habit and habit can be formed by compulsion. Involve youth as freelancer and incentivise them basis fine collection. Fine can be imposed on person breaching traffic rules. This way we engage youth and achieve discipline traffic. Youths can be given ad hoc appointment as traffic agents.

first think strong rules should be made.coruption free traffic system needed this can be made by recruiting many traffic polices?surveillance them under private observation force like IT companies.like Mauritius traffic police should be watched under camera by placing in their shoulders.Best broad roads?or even narrow roads like Britain should be. make strong rules and strong surveillance
