This is a common problem in any area either in Town or city. Here are some my suggestive solutions. 1) Limit the vehicle speed near junctions. 2) Build Underground Roads if Flyovers are not possible in that area. 3) Underground as well as Apartment vehicle parking plots with easy in-outs. 4) Built possible easy bypass roads near heavy vehicle junctions. 5) Build a big circle in between the four road junction. 6) Automatic Traffic Lights with limited time feed (60 sec - 80 sec). Thank You.

By the year 2020 60% of the worlds population will be residing in cities. Road capacity is limited whereas the growth in vehicular volume seems to be unlimited. Traditional approaches to traffic management cannot keep pace with this problem. SMIDER is a smart solution which enables the routing of traffic or increase of capacity by sensing the traffic on ground.

we need to have good traffic signals every where in the cities. and to that traffic signals there should be cctv cameras so that if any vehicle does not follow the rules, by capturing the footage of the vehicles number. then can decide a punishable fine for not obeying the rules. then fine should be higher than the regular fines, simultaneously this money can be used for the servicing of the traffic signal .in this way even the traffic man's bribe taking will also reduce.

1. First, build the road network according to UTTIPEC's road design standards providing sufficient road space for walking and cycling. 2. Strictly regulate on-street parking. Encourage shared use of off-street parking. Improve access and frequency of Public Transport services. Encourage autos & taxis to offer feeder services/last mile connectivity. Encourage large companies to purchase and distribute bus passes to their employees. 3. Centrally monitor CCTVs & GPS devices on all buses.
