One of the major problems of traffic and road accidents in India is user below 18 or without license driving the vehicle. Here is my smart solution to this problem : A small change should be made in the vehicles running on Indian roads. Just as they need a key to start an arrangement should be made that requires the user to insert his driving license in the car, the car will scan it and record the data of the user and then only it starts! #MeraShaharMeraSapna

Mr PM, I usually see a person after breaking traffic law prefers paying bride to officers instead of fine. Therefore to avoid such scenario, we can start a process where all police officer will get a fixed lump sum salary plus some % of fined amounts. For example suppose Fine amount is 500, and govt give some percentage say 30% of fined amount to the police officer then govt will get 350 and police officer will get 150. Also the performance of individual officer can be monitored for appraisal.
