The Ministry of Finance is proposing a national initiative to provide all households in the country with banking services, with particular focus to empower the weaker sections of society, including women, small and marginal farmers and labourers, both urban and rural.

This task seeks inputs to design a Logo, name and tag line for the Finance Ministry's initiative. The last date of submision is 7th August 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

As we all know that our country was known as “Sone ki Chidiya”, inspired by this I named this project “Golden Bird Financial Services”. With the tagline ‘Wings to dreams of all’, as this project worked in the favor of low income group by providing them financial strength in all manner it give them power to make their dreams true, which my tagline is aiming.

North Pole Star is called Dhruva Nakshatra in Sanskrit literature which is a visible star and was used to seek direction and navigation .Like wise "Dhurva" initiative would facilitate banking services across rural and urban areas in our nation .

The logo consists of 3 distinct themes. Inner box show two exulting human figures (blue for male and pink for female). Gold coins indicate monetary aspect of project. Mushrooming plant indicates growth and upliftment of agricultural class. Confident farmer family looks progressively towards future. Backdrop of India with a supporting green hand shows sustainability of the initiative. Overarching sphere reflects global reach and impact.
